Information and inquiries

This website describes Cerulean Aero’s service offerings. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve an aircraft, confirm a service engagement, establish pricing, or guarantee availability. Confirm the scope, timing, responsibilities, and commercial terms directly before proceeding.

Charter brokerage

Cerulean Aero is an air charter broker, not a direct air carrier, and does not have operational control of aircraft. Flights are provided by properly licensed direct air carriers or direct foreign air carriers, which retain operational control. An inquiry acknowledgment confirms receipt only, not a booking. Carrier identity, availability, pricing, and service-specific terms must be confirmed before commitment.

Technical service scope

Records pre-buy evaluation covers aircraft documentation and excludes physical aircraft inspection. Digitized records do not replace the controlling original records. Part 135 and Export C of A services provide preparation, coordination, and records support; official determinations and issuance remain with the applicable operator, FAA, or authorized designee.

Aircraft imagery

Aircraft imagery and service artwork illustrate the services described. They are not a representation of aircraft ownership, an available fleet, or a particular aircraft offered for charter or sale.
