Information you submit

When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, email, optional phone number (required for AOG), selected service, the details you enter, preferred language, submission time, and your consent to contact about the inquiry. We use this information to review your requirement, contact you, and manage follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing.

Access and service providers

Inquiry records are stored in the website’s hosted database. The website’s owner inbox requires authentication and owner authorization. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate and secure the service. An owner-authorized automated check may read inquiry records and notify the owner through our website platform to support follow-up. Email or phone communications are handled through the corresponding communication providers.

Aggregate website measurements

We count inquiry-form starts and clicks on email, phone, and WhatsApp links by day and service category. Successful submissions are recorded as inquiries. These counters do not contain names, email addresses, advertising identifiers, or cross-site profiles. We do not set marketing cookies. The interaction counters honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Abuse prevention

To limit automated requests, short-lived hashed network identifiers and request counters are processed. Expired rate-limit entries are removed during subsequent requests. Hosting providers may separately process IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and secure the website.

Retention and your requests

Inquiry information is retained for follow-up and relevant business recordkeeping. Contact sales@ceruleanaero.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have provided. Some records may need to be retained for applicable obligations or an ongoing engagement.

Keep initial inquiries brief

Do not submit payment details, passports, identity documents, or confidential aircraft records through this form. Agree on a suitable document-exchange process directly with Cerulean Aero.
